First thought when I saw these: I REALLY need to get a body lift! Damn stomach/love handles. Wonderful leftovers from a life of excess food. Let this be a lesson to you kids, just don’t get fat.
Finally got my new bike! An Allez Elite Compact Double. Got it just in time for my triathlon two days later, highly not recommended normally to change gear right before a race, but it was worth it! I will post my tri results/thoughts soon.

Aiden had an AWESOME birthday party. Our backyard looked like a Marvel truck spilled all its Spiderman decor … but Aiden loved it.
Seeing his face when Spiderman came out to say Hi, and give him a gift or two was the highlight of the kids life I think so far. He’s not stopped talking about it since!
