My half marathon training schedule. Currently sitting on Week 2, although, I am modifying this a bit. Ok, alot. I am throwing in some fartleks, and varying the miles some. Like this weekend I’m doing 8 miles instead of 6. That is the beauty of most of the training schedules out there, you can modify them to work better for you and your schedule and current ability level.
I keep track of all my miles on Daily Mile. Anyone else using it?
